As long as the instructions was followed on how the fitment should be done we will honor your warranty, should you however damage the product when you do the installation yourself we will not be held responsible and you will not have a warranty claim. If you are unsure about the fitment contact us and we will guide you.
Simply fill out the contact form and select ‘can’t find my part’ as your subject line, and we will gladly assist you with finding your part.
We offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items, covering the return shipment costs. However, if you’re returning the product due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return postage. After 14 days from your purchase, a 30% handling fee will be applied.
Our standard shipping time is 4-5 working days, unless stated otherwise. In case of any delays beyond this timeframe, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
