- All Sales below N$10,000.00 is payable in full before items are released.
- All Sales above N$10,000.00 requires a 70% deposit before the order is placed.
The remaining 30% is payable before items is released. - We will charge a 15% on all incorrect orders / cancellations by client.
Shipping:
Our standard shipping time is 4-5 working days, unless stated otherwise. In case of any delays beyond this timeframe, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
All Shipping in Windhoek, Namibia will be free, for all other areas we can arrange delivery on your behalf and we will provide you with a quote for delivery.
