Return & Refunds Policy

Returns:

We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. If you find our product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

If the product is returned correctly supplied but doesn’t meet your needs, a 30% handling fee will be charged. Returns are accepted only if the product is in perfect, unused, and resalable condition, complete with its original packaging.

For products under warranty that fail prematurely, we will cover the cost of sending you a replacement product and returning the defective one.

If we no longer sell the product, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds:

We offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items, covering the return shipment costs. However, if you’re returning the product due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return postage. After 14 days from your purchase, a 30% handling fee will be applied.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in its original box with unopened and sealed packaging. We thoroughly inspect all returns before processing refunds or exchanges.

A 30% handling charge applies if goods are returned without their original packaging, cables, screws, brackets, or any other components initially provided. This also extends to defective goods returned after 30 days.

Shipping:

Our standard shipping time is 4-5 working days, unless stated otherwise. In case of any delays beyond this timeframe, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
